BJ is a lifelong Alaskan who has been immersed in the commercial construction industry for many years. Her extensive experience in project development, implementation and support makes her invaluable to the SMI Team; and as  Business Manager, she oversees the intricacies of progress billings, vendor payments and payroll.

In her off time, BJ enjoys skiing, hiking and spending time with her loved ones.
